yusuf.noor ("we", "us") operates Noor and acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

- Account data: email, display name, password hash.
- Profile data: avatar color, country (optional), language preference.
- Usage data: XP, streaks, game results, classes joined, plant progress.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email.
- Device/telemetry: IP address, browser type, device identifiers for security and debugging.
3. Why we use it
- Provide and maintain the Service (contractual necessity).
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection (legitimate interest).
- Customer support (contractual necessity).
- Improve the product (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe — our payment processor, for processing card payments, subscription management, tax calculation, and receipts. We never store your card details.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, authentication, and database providers acting as our processors.
- Authorities — only when required by law.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
