1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your use of Noor (the "Service"), provided by yusuf.noor ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limitation) by:
- Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- Infringing intellectual-property or other rights;
- Interfering with security, probing, scraping, or distributing malware.
3. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your selected plan.
4. Service level
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Card payments and subscription billing are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, in accordance with Stripe's terms. We sell directly to you and remain responsible for customer service, cancellations, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
7. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
8. User content
You grant us a limited license to host and process content you submit solely so we can provide the Service to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (the seller's jurisdiction). Disputes are subject to the state and federal courts of the seller's home state unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
